Shipping Information:

We Ship daily Monday through Friday, so most orders are shipped the same or next day (depending what time order is received). We can not hold items at our warehouse after the order has been received, If you have a special situation or instructions, we recommend you contact us prior to your purchase to avoid any inconveniences or additional fees.

We use only reputable freight companies. Your product will be shipped via standard ground freight transportation CURB SIDE DELIVERY THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL NOT DELIVERY INSIDE YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY, and other factors so again, if you have a special need or request, contact us prior to your purchase. This is no different than FED ex or UPS policies they don’t go inside your home. The freight co. will call you at the phone number provided to us on the order to schedule the time and date for delivery once the item has arrived at or near its final destination, a signature is required by an adult when accepting the item. Tracking info will be emailed to the email provided to us on the order.

If you need the chair placed in your home and assembled, we recommend you make arrangements with a local moving company, handyman, friend, relative, neighbor, if that is not an option call us or email us prior to your purchase. Keep in mind that all of our massage chairs do have rear rolling wheels to assist in moving the chair but we do recommend two people move the chair regardless. Please keep in mind that if you ordered a massage chair, expect a  heavy box, again, it is best to have 2 people move the item from the drop off location to its final destination to assure personal safety and damage to the chair (all chairs require a proof of delivery signature).
Massage chair deliveries do require a signature however smaller items like foot & ankle massagers do not, if you feel it would be safer to have a signature requirement on your item (if not ordering a massage chair) please contact us immediately before your item is shipped.
Again, please keep in mind that these chairs are not light and usually require 2 people to move into the house safely so plan on getting help on your delivery date
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import taxes, broker, and duty fees/taxes if applicable. Call us before purchasing if outside the United States for proper shipping rates.

Returns & Cancellations:

*CANCELLATIONS: Updated 11/7/2017 7:50pm PST.

If we receive notification from the buyer to cancel the order prior to the item being shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full purchase price minus a 3% cancellation fee.
IF THE ITEM HAS ALREADY SHIPPED and a buyer decides to cancel once the item is shipped, a refund will be given minus a 20% (percent) restocking fee. this is also considered a return and the customer will be liable for the return shipping cost of the item which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that if you have not received a tracking number it does not mean the item has not shipped as we email and update tracking information once a day after all items have shipped so it is best to contact us immediately.

RETURNS: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, Within 10 days of delivery simply contact us via email or call us. Once we have sent you an email authorizing your return please re-pack the item exactly as it arrived, and ship it back using the instructions we send you. It must be in like new condition, and re packed with all the original packaging internal and external packaging contents (contact us for any clarifications or more details or instructions) You are responsible for paying the return shipping. We will refund your purchase, less a 20% (percent) RESTOCKING FEE.

PRE-ORDER Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund minus a 3% cancellation fee so as long as the item has not shipped. Once the item has shipped, it will be treated as a RETURN. Forever Rest LLC reserves the right to limit quantities pre-ordered and may cancel pre-orders at its discretion.


If you feel that you received a defective item, you will need to provide proof that it is. We will work with you on determining the condition and exchange or refund as needed.

You must purchase shipping insurance that will cover at least the purchase amount.  You will need to provide us a valid tracking number. It is your responsibility to assure the item arrives back in good condition.

*Please make sure the item is in like new condition to avoid further charges.
*Please make sure you box the item as you received it with all its internal and external packaging to assure a safe return.
*Please strap the bottom and top box together (if returning a massage chair).
*Please send us (the seller) a picture (if returning a massage chair) when the chair has been securely packed and ready for return. You will receive a RMA return merchandise authorization number).
*After you have contacted and hired a freight company of your choice to return the massage chair they will give you a tracking number, please provide it to us ASAP.
*Purchase shipping insurance for the item to cover at least the amount of the item.
*Once your item has been received, we will inspect the items exterior condition and mechanical function.
*If all is well, you will receive a refund which consist of the full amount paid minus a 20% (percent) restocking fee. An email with the refund breakdown will be emailed to you.

VERY IMPORTANT- (all items) We encourage you to take pictures of the item before you repack & outer condition before it ships back to us. When we (the seller) receive the item back will document the condition it arrived in and provide you with pictures and/or video when applicable and/or necessary as we see fit.  If the item arrives damaged we will send you proof so that you may file a damage claim with the shipper if we charge you for any damage to the item.
it is important that your name and address and the RMA number we provided is clearly written on the return info to make sure we know who returned the item.
